The technique is implemented through an interface called APSCCS (pronounced Aps-ics). This acronym stands for All Point Security Cohesive Codec System. This interface comprises subroutines that provide compression, restoration (decompression) and other operations. These subroutines are accessible as binaries that receive only the location and size of target data as input. The interface accepts any type of input file within most operating systems and user programs of any level. The subroutines have been created to apply instructions that execute in optimal time.
